What is it?

This is a 12-week workout series for college athletes in NYC during the summer. Athletes can keep up with their summer packet through conditioning, strength, and yoga workouts.

Workout Schedule

  • Monday, 6-7pm: Conditioning

    High-intensity interval training to improve cardiovascular fitness and endurance

  • Wednesday, 6-7pm: Strength

    Resistance training focused on building muscle and improving athletic performance

  • Sunday, 2-3pm: Yoga

    Flexibility and recovery sessions to improve mobility and prevent injuries
